THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AGREED TO PROTECT YOUR CAT AND OTHER GUESTS

• Please ensure that your cat's flea and worming treatments are up-to-date two weeks before boarding.  If your pet shows signs of flea infestation or worms whilst boarding, then Killeonan Cat Lodge will treat your cat and the cost charged to the owner.

• In order to safeguard the health of all cats boarded, animals will be examined on arrival for signs of infectious or contagious disease.  We reserve the right to refuse admission to any cat showing such signs, pending confirmation from the vet that boarding is permissible.

• If a cat should become unwell during boarding, veterinary advice will be sought and any treatment deemed necessary by the vet will be given and the resulting cost charged to the owner on collection.  In the case of any pre-existing condition, extra treatment will also be at the owner's expense.

• Medicines for existing conditions should be left, clearly labelled with details of dosage and the name of the cat or owner, with a quantity sufficient to cover the period of boarding.

• Un-neutered male cats, over the age of seven months, unfortunately cannot be accepted for boarding.

• Cats should be brought in a secure pet carrier. No responsibility can be taken by Killeonan Cat Lodge for the loss of any cat where this advice is not observed. Please leave your carrier with us for the duration of your cat's stay.

• Whilst every precaution is taken by us to ensure your cat's safety and well-being, responsibility can only be accepted at the owner's risk.

• A period of 7 days notice of cancellation would be appreciated.  

• Should you decide to collect your cat prior to (or deliver later than) the agreed dates, the full boarding fee will still be charged. 

• Charges are due after boarding and can be paid by cash or cheque.
